In this class, Jessica guides you through a sequence that utilizes proper mechanics of core work so you can help heal, or prevent, low back pain, and function at a higher level.
This class is one of my most requested classes. It is rooted in Classical Pilates and it ties in elements of toning, sculpting, and FBI (Full Body Integration), and has an emphasis on continuous movement and flow. All movement states at the CORE.
This class is made up of some of my favorite Classical Mat Pilates and Reformer exercises. This class will serve you in body, mind, and spirit, and will get you centered, focused, aligned, and feeling great!
This is a twist on the classical pilates exercises we do on the mat and on the reformer. This is still a challenging class however it is a little more user friendly because we will not be on the floor at all.
